Sunrise Pilates classes will be held three days a week in La Mason’s yoga studio.
8.00am – 9.00am
Breakfast to include a selection of fresh bread and pastries with home made preserves, platter of fresh fruit, home made granola and muesli, yoghurt and fruit compote.
10.00am – 12.00pm
Anyone for Tennis?, you will be driven 5 minutes to the local tennis club where you will spend 2 hours working on drills, tactics, technique, fitness and mental toughness.
Leisurely lunch prepared with local fresh produce and followed by a local cheese board and home made chutney.
Free time to relax, explore or just sit by the pool and read.
If you like to be active there are plenty of local walks & bike rides. At our French retreat private yoga/pilates lessons or holistic therapies can be organised along with some water sports. We can also organise visits to local markets or villages.
4.00pm – 5.30pm
Anyone for more Tennis? Doubles or even singles match play.
Aperitifs and nibbles before dinner as the sun sets over the hills.
Delicious home cooked 3 course dinner outside or in the sumptuous dining room around the large communal table.
After dinner quizzes and games.
