The tennis programme will consist of a fun, informative and active program that will motivate and inspire you each day.
All standards and ages will be catered for.
You will be worked hard with approximately 18 hours tennis throughout the week, this will include coaching, cardio tennis, doubles drills and tactics, friendly competitions, slow motion video/analysis and awards at the end of the week.
If you wish, feel free to take a day or morning off to enjoy other activities or just wish to chill and relax by the pool.
At the beginning of your week we will ask you to complete a personal tennis evaluation form, from this information we can then agree an improvement game plan for the week ahead.

Individual slow motion video analysis will help your understanding of the various stroke mechanics needed in a variety of game situations. Everything is then linked to playing the game and not learning technique in isolation.
Skill building drills throughout the week will cement your understanding and accelerate your progress. Here are a selection below:-

There will also be a rotating partner doubles tournament, plus lots of the best energetic fun drills I’ve learnt over a lifetime of both playing and coaching.
